We have a wide variety of printing presses from digital, letterpress and Flexo, enabling us to give customers the most cost effective label production. We offer up to 12 colors inline printing capability and Full HD Flexo digital plates to produce the best quality possible on press. ARTWORK
Quality pre-press allows your product to be produced consistently, accurately and on time. Our Electronic Pre-press department is staffed with a team of artists that have over 75 years of combined printing experience. We are equipped to produce your label quickly and accurately, regardless of the size and demands of your project. Our team fully utilizes some of the most advanced production capabilities to produce a label that will exceed your expectations. In most cases, we can do simple layouts or make minor corrections and adjustments to your existing label design without additional art fee.
Our PDF-based proofing workflow ensures a reliable, rapid-turnaround. For process color jobs, we provide you with accurate color matchprints so you can approve the final color. This is to ensure that there are no unwanted surprises when your final product is completed.
Our Macintosh-based workflow can accept work from a variety of popular design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Projects are produced using state-of-the-art digital ESKO HD workflow, developed specifically for flexographic printing. The HD Flexo workflow enables us to produce CMYK process printing up to 200 line screen. Customer files can be received via CD or as an email attachment. Larger files can be uploaded to our Cloud Drive. Your customer service representative can easily setup a link for you.
When sending us the art file, please remember to include all the necessary linked files and fonts. It would be easier if you create outlines of all the fonts to avoid missing and mismatched font issues.
FAQ
What do I need to get a price quote?
We would need at least the label size, number of colors, quantity, and material.
How do I know what material is suitable for my label product?
It will depend on your product application and your overall budget. Please call in and talk to our Account Executives for further assistance on determining your label material.
What is your normal turnaround?
Our normal turnaround is 5-7 working days after final art approval.
As a first time customer, what do you need from me to establish an account?

Your billing name, address, contact name, phone number, email address.

50% deposit for orders over $300.

Seller’s Permit Number Form– If you don’t have a seller’s permit number, we are required then to charge sales tax.

Credit Application – If you want to be on terms, you need to submit the credit application. It takes 2-3 weeks to process the application. Your account will be C.O.D. unless we have an approved credit application on your file.
How do I pay you?
We take company checks and major credit cards.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Since every job is custom, we can quote to any quantity you want. But keep in mind that the higher the quantity, the lower the unit cost would be because the initial set up cost would be more spread out .
How do I send you the art file?
You can email your file to us or send it via Cloud Drive if the files are larger. Your Account Executive can help you coordinate a file transfer if you need help.
What is “label unwind direction”?
If you require your label to come off the roll a certain way, you would need to specify which direction. Click here for a diagram to help you determine. If the label is hand applied, generally there’s no direction requirement.
